The accommodation exceeded expectations, equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils and cutlery. Spacious layout and comfortable beds made our family stay enjoyable. The owner’s assistance with heating on arrival was a thoughtful touch. Quiet site, perfect for relaxing evenings. We appreciated the close proximity to Clacton, Walton on the Naze, and Colchester for day trips. there were a few downsides. A musty smell lingered in the caravan, and the smoke alarm battery beeped through the night, disrupting sleep. The pool being closed and the parking distance from the van proved inconvenient, especially with my son's needs. Some cleanliness issues persisted, like dirty dishes and a filthy sofa bed. It felt like a mixed bag, balancing great amenities against certain cleanliness and comfort issues.

Perfect for Family Fun
The accommodation was fantasticly well equipped with cutlery and stuff, we felt right at home. Plus, the owner came when we arrived and showed us how to use the heating, which was a nice touch.
It wasn’t overpriced, but still you know, not the cheapest option out there.

Interior decoration kept a homely feel. Spacious rooms provided plenty of room for movement.
Musty smell was noticeable upon arrival, smoke alarm battery warning disrupted sleep at night. Single beds lacked comfort, and limited parking was a hassle due to family needs.

A spacious three-bedroom caravan with fairly good kitchenware made meal prep convenient, offering a homely touch. a musty smell was evident upon entering, and the smoke alarm disrupted our sleep at night, which was quite frustrating. The lack of cleanliness, including dirty plates and a filthy sofa, diminished our overall experience. parking was inconveniently far from the caravan, especially with wet weather making it difficult to manage unloading our belongings. The site could greatly benefit from improved cleanliness and better facilities.

Had a boss time, la! The caravan was spacious and had everything we needed for our 3 nights, especially the little things like washing up liquid and that hand towel in the bathroom. Only downside was the pool wasn’t open yet, but we still loved it!

spacious caravan with thoughtful touches but pricing is slightly high
The caravan is spacious, well-equipped with kitchenware, and has nice little extras like washing up liquid and a handy file with takeaway menus. It was especially clean in key areas like the kitchen and bathroom, making us feel comfortable during our stay. The lovely garden view added a tranquil touch to our experience, allowing for peaceful relaxation.
The pricing felt a bit high compared to other options.
